In 2016 Jason and Chase were separate as a general contractor working in the construction and remodeling industry and catching up only at holiday functions. Though not official yet Chase was set to marry Jason’s sister Casey. It was over one of these family meals that Chase and Jason split off from the group and began talking about ways to partner on some projects. They started small, a couple of rehab projects, and then moved on to a couple of larger-scale residential flips. Deciding that their skill sets and personalities meshed really well it was time to come together and make these temporary partnerships permanent. And that’s how we got started! Along the way Chase and Casey made it official, Natalie, Jason’s wife joined the team, as well as Jason and Casey’s cousin Jordan.
The past few years have brought larger projects and JNJ Homes LLC still treats every customer like family.

Jason Finnell
Owner, CEO
Jason Finnell was born and raised in Chattanooga Tennessee. He is a graduate of McCallie School, where he was a three-time state champion wrestler. He wrestled at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where he graduated in 2005. Jason has an MBA from Bryan College (2009) and is a licensed general contractor.
Jason’s hobbies include mountain biking and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. He is a BJJ black belt and is the owner of Veritas Brazilian jiu-jitsu in Dalton, Georgia. Jason lives on Signal Mountain with his wife Natalie and son Jensen. They are avid Tennessee Volunteer football fans and hope to one day see the Vols return to glory.
Chase Marsh
Owner, President of Operations
Chase is a third-generation home builder and contractor born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The Marsh family has been in business in the Chattanooga area since 1978. While he grew up on the job sites working with his grandfather, father, and uncles; he officially struck out on his own in 2012. Chase is an avid outdoorsman and a graduate of The McCallie School. Chase prides himself on always exceeding expectations and feels so lucky to do what he loves each and every day.
